The New London Field of Greens has been working with the Fiddleheads Food Co-op to create a new farmers market transitioning the old Friday market out of the Fiddleheads parking lot and into the newly renovated parade plaza downtown in front of the train station.

The market will take place between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM on Fridays June through October. Free parking is available in front of the Water Street parking garage, but parking is also available inside the parking garages, on State Street, and elsewhere in downtown New London.

This will be a comprehensive, fun market with fresh vegetables, fruit, meat, eggs, hand made goods, soaps and other body care products, books by local authors, and a number of other goods. We encourage you all to come and hang out. We will putting on events throughout the season, featuring local musicians, and doing food demonstrations. In addition to putting on events of our own, this market will take place alongside musical events put on by New London Main Street between 12:00 and 1:00.

The Field of Greens Downtown Market is shaping up to be the biggest market New London has ever seen, and we look forward to seeing you there.

The Market accepts all Credit Cards, EBT/SNAP and the farmer's take WIC.
